User IDs for computers in NSRO/Computer Network
Nework management group
service@solar.nro.nao.ac.jp
October 5, 2011
We will give a temporal user ID on our computer system in NRO/SolarNet
to anybody who wants to study the astronomical/solar plasma physics by
using the Nobeyama data (Radioheliograph, Radio Polarimeters etc).
-
Every 2 or 3 years, we ask you if you continue to use our system.
At the time, if you do not tell us you want an extension of your account,
we remove your account.
- We will remove all the data of the expired IDs from our hard disks
after moving them to the removable harddisk
-
We do NOT certificate your data in any sense, e.g. in case of hardware
trouble, etc. Please take your back-up by yourself.
-
There is a possibility to stop your account for reasons of our own.
-
We sometimes stop the system due to the maintenances
though we do not always tell you beforehand.
-
The users should acknowledge the usage of our system
when you write a paper by using our system.
And please send us the off-print of the paper.
-
You are required to fill, and submit the following form
& the public key of your local machine through e-mail.
You can learn how to make your publick key on
"Authentication by publick key for SSH connection" Page.
