*1) Decision (except invited speakers) will be done in mid September and will
be informed.
*2) Full grant covers air fare and local cost. Partial grant 1 covers air fare.
Partial grant 2 covers local cost (local cost = travel cost in Japan + hotel
expenses including meals).
*3) Air fare will be refunded in Japanese Yen during the meeting based on the
actual cost (copy of air tickets) with the exchange rate on that day. Please
try to be close as possible to the actual cost.
