Subroutines are given in soft/helioglib in order to write the above header to NoRH FITS files.
1. For Needed part, use subroutine puthdr.
2. For Ephemeris part, use subroutine putoep.
3. For Coordinate part, use subroutine putcor.
4. For parameters of each synthesis program, make an adequate subroutine for its own.
