Sun tracking table (track_table)

Information for tracking the Sun at Nobeyama. They are obtained by using the ephemeris data and the latitude/longitude of Nobeyama. The contents are solar declination $\delta$ (in arc-degree), hour angle (in time-sec), apparent solar radius (in arc-sec), solar p-angle (in arc-degree), solar b-angle (in arc-degree) at JST noon.
